These are peppers stuffed with tuna, the recipe is of mother-in-law of my sister. They are really delicious, I liked a lot like everything else!
Thank you Angela for giving me the recipe that allows me to enrich my notebook of appetizers.
Ingredients
4 large bell peppers
tuna
1 teaspoon of capers
1 clove of garlic
parsley, breadcrumbs, oil
Roast the peppers in the oven, when they are ready, remove the seeds and the skins.
In a bowl, put 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs, 2 cans of tuna, capers, garlic and parsley.
Take the dough with a spoon and put it on slices of peppers and roll them.
Place the peppers in a saucepan, add a little oil and a handful of breadcrumbs. Bake at 392 F° (200°) degrees for 10 minutes
