I Introduce Myself

I close the eyes and think at beautiful moments passed in the places that I have had the pleasure to visit.

The memory of the words exchanged with people that I will not meet more, feel smell of a cake eaten for case in a place for case and…not forget more the sapore..

Conserve of every place the colors, the scents, the culture.

I'm Italia of the south, I have 35 years and two beautiful twin children . Open this blog is for me like opening the doors of my house, propose my recipes and receive the yours, make known to you our traditions and know those yours, to make along travel through the wealth of the foods that my earth offers every day and portami to house something of yours. I am Italian, and I decided to write a blog in English to learn (I ask excuse for the errors!!) and because I would want to share all this with who as me through the kitchen it succeeds to dream…

Foto tratta da ricette-bimby.com

Is period balances, the stores offer a huge amount of goods at a good price, among the new collection and new arrivals, I saw the clothes on display for Carnival
My daughters have exploded with joy,and while I was trying to convince  to get him to try out some pretty dress, they were there watching the clothes of princesses.
A Mother's Heart, I satisfied! So, remaining in the carnival theme here's a ricettina delicious: the chatter of Carnival.

Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon white wine or brandy
1 lemon
3, 52 oz. butter (100gr)
17, 6 oz. flour (500gr)
3, 38 fl. oz milk (100gr)
icing sugar, oil for frying

In a bowl beat the egg yolks, sugar, grated lemon rind and melted the cold butter.
Stir in the flour little by little and soften the mixture with the milk cold enough to obtain a smooth dough.
Work the dough, then roll it out with a rolling pin into a thin layer   to about 1/10in thick  (1mm)
You can also use the pasta machine.
Cut strips of .1,5 x 4,5 (4cm x12cm) inches rectangles.
Fry in oil a few at a time, let them cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
