I'm Italia of the south, I have 35 years and two beautiful twin children . FRIED RICOTTA PUGLIESE (RICOTTA PUGLIESE FRITTA)RITTA )


Here is a recipe fast, fast!!!
If it happens also  to you to have some often unexpected guest to dinner, this is a right idea for a small appetizer.
At my home I do not miss the ricotta almost never, seen my daughters love it with pasta and what advances, the use in this mode

Ingredients

17, 6 oz. (500gr)  ricotta
2 eggs
flour
a pinch of salt
Oil for frying


Take two bowls.
In a bowl beat two eggs with a pinch of salt, the other bowl put the flour.
Make the ricotta into slices and pass it in flour and in the egg
Fry the slices of ricotta very gently until they are golden brown and serve hot.
If you prefer you can replace the flour with the breadcrumbs
