I'm Italia of the south, I have 35 years and two beautiful twin children . Open this blog is for me like opening the doors of my house, propose my recipes and receive the yours, make known to you our traditions and know those yours, to make along travel through the wealth of the foods that my earth offers every day and portami to house something of yours. CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR (LIQUORE DI CIOCCOLATO)



This is a delicious liquour that I prepare often because I use it to give a special touch to ice cream or for consume the easter eggs
Even to drink is excellent and always appreciated.

Ingredients


33.8 fl. oz milk (1 liter)
7 / 8 cup sugar (200gr)
6. 76 fl. oz alcohol (200 ml)
1 cup unsweetened cocoa (or chocolate) (125 gr)



Boil the milk with cocoa (or chocolate) and sugar for about 15 minutes.
Allow to cool and filter into a bottle, add the alcohol and let it rest for 2-3 days before serving.
