ALMOND COOKIES APULIAN (PASTE DI MANDORLA PUGLIESI)


At Christmas time the desserts that are prepared are mostly made ​​with almonds. Folders, castagnelle, the Sasanelli, nougat and sugared almonds abound in all the bakeries and pastry shops. Panone Bolognese (Christmas Bread)

This is a typical dessert of 'Emilia Romagna, is preparing for Christmas dinner and it is good when accompanied by a liqueur that is called "nocino".
Nocino prepares infuse the 6 / 7 fresh walnuts that must be collected on the day of St. John.

Ingredients

1, 76 oz.( 50gr) raisins
5, 29 oz. (150gr) diced mixed candied fruit
1 cup (250gr) sugar
1 1 / 8 (250gr) butter
5 eggs
2, 82 oz. (80gr) of cherry or apricot jam
half a lemon
2 1 / 3 (260gr) white flour

some candied cherries
salt

DOUGHNUT YOGURT (CIAMBELLA ALLO YOGURT)

Being very greedy often at my house, there's the dessert after dinner.
I love sweets made, perhaps with cream, creams, chocolate.
Generally donuts, pies, plum cake, I like breakfast with cappuccino!!!

This yogurt cake satisfies me a lot and not only for the breakfast is great to serve as a dessert after dinner.

Plum Cake with Nutella

 This recipe is of my Aunt Anna a exceptional cook!
It 'easy to make and very tasty, great for a snack between children.

Ingredients

12, 3 oz. (350gr)Nutella
1 / 2 cup (100gr)melted butter
1 1 / 2 cup (170gr) icing sugar
4, 05 fl. oz (120ml) plain yogurt
2, 70 fl. oz (80ml) milk
3 eggs
2 1 / 8 (230gr) flour
5 / 8 cup (70gr) potato starch
baking powder
a pinch of salt

Banana Muffins

These muffins have a very delicate taste and remain soft for several days.
