I'm Italia of the south, I have 35 years and two beautiful twin children . Open this blog is for me like opening the doors of my house, propose my recipes and receive the yours, make known to you our traditions and know those yours, to make along travel through the wealth of the foods that my earth offers every day and portami to house something of yours. PUMPKIN CHEESE CAKE (CHEESE CAKE DI ZUCCA)

Also us in Italy in recent years is celebrated Halloween.
Last year, my husband always fascinated  America and its traditions, wanted to make a little party for my girls the night of October 31.
I must say liked that idea at all, to me a little less ...you know what it means to run a bunch of kids jumping?? However I tried web inspiration and I managed to cook a wonderful pumpkin pie.






Ingredients

7, 05 oz. (200gr)  ginger biscuits
1 / 3 cup (70gr) white sugar
7 / 8 cup (170gr) sugar cane
3 / 8 cup (90gr) butter
3 eggs
8, 81 oz. (250gr) mascarpone cheese (or Philadelphia)
7, 05 (200gr) pumpkin
1 vanilla bean
3 cloves
a pinch of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg







First remove the pulp from the pumpkin,place in a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook until it becomes soft . Make a puree. 
 Place in a food processor the eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, cheese, vanilla , ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon.
Add the pumpkin puree. Chop the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Create a base in a diameter 9, 44 in. (24cm) mold and bake for 5 minutes. Add the mixture from and continue cooking in the oven for about 30 minutes.
