I'm Italia of the south, I have 35 years and two beautiful twin children . CHEESE DONUT (CIAMBELLA AL FORMAGGIO)

.. looks like a tasty sweet cake, actually has a pleasant taste of cheese and is suitable for an aperitif original.
Is Umbrian origins in particular of the areas of Terni, is known by the name of Cake Ternana.
The main ingredient of this recipe is the "Pecorino", you can easily replace with hard cheeses, slightly spicy.


Ingredients:


4 eggs
3, 52 oz. (100gr) hard cheese
3, 52 oz. (100gr) pecorino
1 glass of milk
half glass oil
3 1 / 8 cup (350gr) flour
1, 76 oz. (50gr) baking powder for pizza
a pinch of salt.


Beat the eggs and add all the ingredients one at a time.
Use a donut-shaped mold and bake at 356 F°(180°C) for about 30 minutes.
Serve with cold cuts
