Ingredients
4, 58 oz. (130g) spaghetti
1, 41 oz (40g) bacon
1 egg
pecorino Romano
½ cup dry white wine
extra virgin olive oil
pepper
Fry the bacon in a little oil.
Deglaze with white wine and let evaporate.
