But let me ask you something.
I would love to receive recipes from you, something new that I've never tried it, perhaps typical dishes of your area
Thanks to anyone who wants

You know what I was thinking about? As I have said again and again I like to experiment with new recipes and I happened to go abroad on some blogs. The problem is the unit of measurement. For example, I believe in America as measured?? If I understand it with the cups. But what is?? in England?? In Italy the balance is calibrated in grams, so when I put on a food tells me the weight , for example, 120g of butter, 80 grams of sugar, etc. ..
The liquids unit is the liter. At home I have indicated an ordinary pitcher with 100 ml, 200ml, 300ml, 1000ml, or 1 liter.
Another curiosity, to make a chessecake I have said it is necesserio use sour cream. In Italy there is not then you can do by putting a few drops of lemon in a glass of milk. And 'right?? One last thing, it opened a few by years in my area, Ikea and the cake princess is spectacular ?? There are Swedes online or someone who has the original recipe?? Thanks and a hug.
Annie.
