Being very greedy often at my house, there's the dessert after dinner.
I love sweets made, perhaps with cream, creams, chocolate.
Generally donuts, pies, plum cake, I like breakfast with cappuccino!!!
This yogurt cake satisfies me a lot and not only for the breakfast is great to serve as a dessert after dinner.
Ingredients
1 pot of yoghurt
1 pot of oil seeds
1 pot of milk
2 pots of sugar
3 pots of flour
3 eggs
grated zest of one lemon
baking powder
In a food processor, beat the eggs for a couple of minutes;
add the yoghurt, a pot of sugar (using the same pot of yoghurt!), three pot of flour by pouring a little at a time;
continue with the jar of oil and milk;
finally add the lemon zest, and baking powder
pour into a mold previously greased and floured and bake for about 25 minutes at 356 F° (180°)
