These taralli are my favorite, I thank my friend Alessandra for giving me the recipe.
Believe me they are really good ...

INGREDIENTS
1 glass of white wine
1 cup of sugar zucchere
1 cup of olive oil
17.6 oz (500gr) of flour
Mix all ingredients together and form a smooth and compact (I use the mixer!)
Forming small tarallini and then place them in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 338°F (170 ° C) for about 15-20 minutes
